Kutlick Realty, LLC Announces Several New Leases
Boardman, Ohio — Bill Kutlick of Kutlick Realty, LLC recently developed several new construction buildings in the area. Get Go built a new gas station/café on the corner of US 422 and SR 46 in Niles, OH. Panera built a new building on South Ave by Ashley Furniture, in Boardman, OH. They will open mid-September 2018. Additionally, Kutlick leased a new building to Chipotle and Starbucks at Millennium Blvd, an outparcel to the Super Walmart in Bazetta/Cortland, OH. Chipotle and Starbucks are both open.
Additionally, Gary Lasko of Kutlick Realty, LLC leased space at Great East Plaza in the Eastwood Mall complex to Plato’s Closet.
