Former ITT leased

Kutlick Realty, LLC recently leased the former ITT building at 1030 Meridian Rd in Austintown, OH to the Area Agency on Aging 11 Inc. The 29,500 SF building will be home to the Agency in 2019.
The Agency assists the Aging and Disability community.
Bill Kutlick of Kutlick Realty, LLC said the location right at the I680 on/off ramp is a perfect fit for The Agency.
