Kutlick Realty, LLC announces Alan Ricks joining the company as a new Broker Associate.
Broker William Kutlick says Alan has been involved in commercial real estate for 31 years. Ricks has strong leasing, sales, development, project management, market research, tenant representation, and public entitlement skills.
Ricks started his real estate career with JMB/Federated Realty and followed that with six years with Edward J. DeBartolo Corporation. He was the Broker and manager of Associated Commercial Real Estate, as well as manager of a real estate consulting firm, Pretium Development Partners.
Prior to working in the private sector, Mr. Ricks spent ten years in the public sector in city management and economic development. The combination of private and public experience makes Mr. Ricks uniquely qualified and effective at multiple levels in the real estate industry.
Mr. Ricks holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Dayton and Bachelor of Arts degree from Xavier University.
