New Valvoline at South Ave/US 224

Kutlick Realty, LLC leased the former Classic Park Diner parcel on US 224 and South Ave to Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The restaurant has been demolished and Valvoline has started construction of their new building. They are expected to open first quarter 2017.
